In an effort to bring warmth to underprivileged children during the spring season, Tự Nhiên Commune, Thường Tín District, recently organized a cultural night titled 'Circle of Love,' fundraising to support especially disadvantaged children as they welcome the Lunar New Year of the Black Cat, 2023.
